At a soul level, I feel energized by the wildflower(s), water(s), sun, moon and cosmos.

I believe the body, mind, and spirit are all equally sacred. With great importance placed on seeing the whole person; understanding how our beliefs and mindset affect our body and the world. With a diploma in massage therapy, a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, deep trust in my intuition, and 19 years as an entrepreneur, I feel somewhat equipped to share what I’ve gathered along the way. ROOTS

Newfoundlanders are known for their knack for storytelling, laughter and coming together, exhibiting selfless acts of kindness, especially when the rest of the world is fearful. In times of hardship, they band together to pull through. Person(s) of great integrity, driven to help others. It’s as if they collectively understand that to rebuild a kinder, gentler, more loving society, we must share support and laughter through similarities and differences.
I can’t unsee how some characteristics of a Newfoundlander strongly resemble those I’ve read of a Starseed. Maybe that’s why Starseed resonates with me, remembering who I am, where I came from, and why I am here now.

SPIRITUALITY

I believe in Spirit (Universe). I practice trusting my intuition, positive mindset, manifestation, and free will. I believe the more we trust our intuition, the more we notice synchronicities, serendipity, signs, symbolism, and whispers from Spirit.
